"Great for Getting Started"
I found this really easy to start with, especially as a total beginner. It doesn’t feel overwhelming, and you can figure out the basics quickly, which makes it practical if you just want to get going without a big learning curve

"Cancelling was such a "hassle""
I signed up thinking it would be simple to manage my account, but trying to cancel ended up being way more annoying than I expected. The subscription page wasn’t very clear, and I felt like I was just clicking around in circles. I don’t want to have to "hunt down" how to stop payments. The workouts might be fine, but the whole subscription experience really left a bad impression on me.

"Some of the instructions were pretty..."
Some of the instructions were easy to follow, so I don’t think it was just me being confused. But a few of the exercises definitely could’ve used clearer steps or a little more explanation. I still managed to get through everything, I just had to stop and kind of figure out what they meant a couple times.

"Streams have been great so far"
I’ve been using suziebfitness.shop for a few weeks now, and the workouts have streamed really smoothly for me. No freezing or annoying loading issues so far, even with my WiFi being kind of hit or miss. There’s just something about it that makes it easy to jump in, press play, and get the workout done. Happy with it overall.

"Return took way longer than it should have"
I ordered from suziebfitness.shop and ended up needing to return it because the sizing was off. The whole return process felt more confusing than it needed to be, and I had to email them more than once just to get basic updates. I did eventually get my refund, but it took longer than I expected. It kind of gave me the feeling they’re quick to take your money but not in much of a hurry when it comes to giving it back. Not the worst experience ever, but I’m not exactly eager to order from them again.

The site was alright overall, but I’ll admit I got a bit annoyed when some pages took a while to load. The menu wasn’t super clear to me either, so I had to click around more than I wanted. In the end, I did find what I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest one...

"Decent prices, but I’ve found better value elsewhere"
I ordered from suziebfitness.shop it was okay. Compared to a few other fitness shops I’ve bought from, the prices aren’t super high, but they also didn’t really feel like a steal. A couple of items seemed worth the money, while others felt a little overpriced for what they were. Nothing bad happened and the overall experience was fine, just not especially impressive. I’d probably order again if there was a sale, but I don’t think I’d pay full price next time.

"Great energy, roughly every class"
The instructor’s energy is probably the main reason I keep showing up. Even on days when I’m not really in the mood to work out, she somehow makes it feel manageable and actually kind of fun. She’s not overly pushy, just upbeat and genuine. It feels like she really wants everyone to make it through the class, not just hurry us along.

"Pretty helpful, just don’t skip the form stuff"
It helped a bit, honestly. I did pick up a few useful things, but then again, some of the injury prevention tips felt kind of obvious, like stuff you’ve heard a hundred times. Still, it’s not bad. Just make sure you’re paying attention to your form, because that part matters way more than I expected

I gave the workouts a try for a few weeks, but i didn’t notice much of a difference. A few of the sessions started to feel repetitive, and they weren’t as challenging as I expected, which was kind of disappointing. It might be a good fit if you’re just starting out, but I was hoping for something that pushed me a little more and showed better results

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the sizing felt way off. I ordered my usual size and it fit really weird, not like I expected at all. Maybe others had a different experience, but for me it definitely didn’t feel true to size.

"Finally starting to notice real progress"
I’m actually really happy with how things are going so far. I’ve already lost a few inches and I feel stronger, which is such a nice change. I noticed it the other morning while trying on a pair of jeans I almost forgot I had, and it made my day. It feels good to finally see some progress
